WELD, TEST, FILL (GASES FOR FIRE EXTINGUISHERS)
Fire extinguishers are part of the basic equipment of public buildings and transportation, offices and factories – and also increasingly in private homes. The manufacturers that produce them use several gases: argon is used to weld the fire extinguishers, helium is used to make sure they don’t leak, and the CO2 fire extinguishers are filled with carbon dioxide as an extinguishing agent.
